EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Never Again Club (“NAC”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we put great care into ensuring that every product delivered to you meets the highest quality standards. If your purchase has not met your expectations, we allow exchange and return for eligible product categories. Please carefully read this Exchange, Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) to understand your rights and obligations regarding the products.

This Policy explains how and when you can cancel, return, exchange, or request a refund for your order placed through our website www.neveragainclub.com or our official mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms and Conditions published on the Platform.

General Terms

Products purchased from us can be returned or exchanged only once per order and strictly within three (03) days from the date of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
A mandatory clear unboxing video of the product being opened (from start to finish) is required for all claims, including damage, defect, wrong item, or missing parts. Requests without a proper unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
Products must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags, labels, price stickers, packaging materials, and accessories intact.
The invoice, order confirmation email, and any promotional freebies received with the product must also be returned.
Products showing any sign of use, damage, perfume odour, or alteration from their original condition will not qualify for return or exchange.
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Check (QC) team. Their decision shall be final and binding.
Products purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or flash sales are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
Please note that size, fit, or colour preferences alone do not qualify for a refund. They will be eligible only for a one-time exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products;
Perfumes, beauty products, and accessories (such as jewellery);
Gift cards, store credits, and vouchers;
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the Platform
These exclusions are for hygiene and safety reasons, as well as to maintain product integrity.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
If you wish to cancel, you must email returns@neveragainclub.com immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded as per the terms outlined in Section 6 of this Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of fraudulent transactions, payment failures, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Exchange and Return Process

You can initiate a return or exchange request within three (03) days of delivery by logging into your account on our Platform or by emailing returns@neveragainclub.com with the following details:
Order ID and registered email/phone number
Reason for return or exchange
The unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened
Photographs of the product highlighting any defects, if applicable
Our team will verify your request and respond within two (02) business days. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange for a reverse pickup at the same delivery address, unless otherwise specified. In certain cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product using a courier recommended by us.
Upon receipt of the returned product, our QC team will examine it for eligibility. The decision of the QC team will be final.
If the product passes quality inspection, we will process your exchange or refund as per the applicable terms.
If the product fails inspection (e.g., appears used, washed, or altered), it will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Products purchased using discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers may only be exchanged for another size of the same product (subject to availability) and not refunded.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must raise a complaint within three (03) days of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos of the issue.
After verifying the claim, we may, at our sole discretion:
Replace the product with the same or equivalent item, or
Issue you with NACs (never again credits) in your “Again Wallet”.
If a replacement is unavailable, the refund will be processed as per Section 6.
Damage claims made after the three (03) day window or without valid video proof will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has passed the QC inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the “Again Wallet” in the form of NACs (never again credits) within 3 Days business days from the date of approval.
Shipping charges, or any convenience fees are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective deliveries.
Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will also be processed within 3 business days of approval.
If your order was paid partially or fully with ________credits, the refunded amount (if applicable) will be credited back as ________ credits, which can only be used for future purchases and cannot be converted into cash.
NACs (never again credits) may be redeemed exclusively on our Platform. Any refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note. The validity period for NACs (never again credits) shall be three (03) months.

Shipping Charges

For all eligible refunds, delivery and handling charges shall be deducted, and only the balance amount will be refunded to the “Again Wallet”.
If the reverse pickup is attempted twice but fails due to unavailability or non-cooperation, the return/exchange request will be cancelled automatically.

Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be reflected on the Platform, and continued use of our Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising from this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Important Notice

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY [INCLUDING SUBMISSION OF A CLEAR AND VALID UNBOXING VIDEO (WHICH SHALL NOT BE DISTORTED/BLURRED) OR RAISING A REQUEST WITHIN THREE (03) DAYS] WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC REJECTION OF YOUR CLAIM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION IN ALL MATTERS OF RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
